Our cyclical service consists of planned works for when there is a turn around of tenants. We will transform the properties back to new standard ready for new tenants to move into. This can include the renewal of kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and painting and decorating throughout. Our cyclical service is on a rotation basis so we will renew this work on an agreed term (usually every 3 years).
